Snow Joke!

It doesn't normally do this here until February! Could be a long
winter living on top of a hill in 'sunny' Eastbourne!

Ikea!

I dropped Auntie Lesley to Heathrow and took a sneaky trip to Ikea on
the way home, bought lots of Christmas decorations and was home in
time to pick up the kids from school.

Crazy Hair Day

Max had crazy hair day at school so he went like this. Looks quite
normal to me!!

Demonstration!

During a most necessary shopping trip to Brighton we got caught up in
the student protests. Luckily it was all very peaceful... I did look
among the crowd for Joe as I'm quite sure he was involved but couldn't
see him. Hardly surprising when the march consisted of around 4000!

Best Boys Day Out

Max's school had an inset day today so my friend Kirsty and I took our
boys for a day out.... Without the girls!!!

Max's Room

This is Max's 'new' room. It's has a Red, Stars and Stripes, Mini car,
Union Jack, Football theme with a bit of Lego and Star Wars thrown in
for good measure.... And, yes that is Sonic on the bed post! Heaven
for a boy of nearly 8!

Christmas Begins Here

Mum, Auntie Lesley and I have been to London to a Christmas show...
Now comes the fun journey of getting through Lewes on bonfire night!!!

All ready for two Halloween parties today!

During half term I decided to give the kids rooms mini makeovers...
This is what Izzy's room now looks like.
Dumb and blonde as ever, I forgot to take the 'before' picture but
trust me this is a vast improvement.

Nightclub!

I know this looks like I'm out for the night but it's actually Max's
school disco where I offered to help... There were 400 seven and eight
year olds... Needless to say it was rather lively especially as the
fizzy drinks were included in the ticket price.

Izzy is having a sleepover with her best and oldest friend Alice...
I'm sure that not much sleeping will be done! They have already tucked
away pizza and dough balls, are working their way through the popcorn
towards the icecream. They're in their pj's watching a movie and it's
only just 7pm.... Could be a long night!
